It was a time of porch swings and fireflies when our family first started making pecan toffee. Maybe it was the rich flavor that comes from only the freshest ingredients like pecans and whole milk chocolate, but folks seemed to like it. A lot. Since then, that treasured family recipe has been handed down from mother to daughter for generations. Texas Moon Gourmet Toffee is named for our grandmother, Sadie MoonHudson. We might make a bit more of it today, but we don't make it any differently.
